LTC Bollinger retired from the U.S. Army in 2014 as an Air Defense Officer with 30 years of service and combat tours in both Iraq & Afghanistan. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, and a Ph.D. in Administration and Leadership with research interests of how to maximize effective leadership skills while in direct contact with the enemy. He is the husband of 26 years to Theodora and father to two, Chris and Kay who both earned bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in their field of study.

Owner-Operator Fulton Paper (Retired)

 

Bill has over 40 years of experience as owner of a $95-million wholesale distribution company.  He has served on many supplier advisory boards including Georgia Pacific Corp., Heritage Bag, Inteplast, PCA and was past Chairman of National Paper Trade Alliance (NPTA).  He is also a founding member of Strategic Market Alliance (SMA), a member-owned distributor cooperative operating across North America. Bill is married to his wife Tricia of 38 years with two boys serving Active Duty in the Air Force and the Army as well as a daughter serving as a US Army Reserve JAG Officer.

1SG Robert Bowman

US Army (Retired)

1SG Bowman retired from the Army in 2013 after 24 years of service as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer.  During his 24 years of service 1SG Bowman deployed seven times, ranging from Operation Desert Storm through multiple deployments for Operation Iraqi Freedom.  He is a graduate of Excelsior College with a BS in history and has worked extensively in Army procurement programs since his retirement from active duty.  Robert is married to his wife Sylvia and has four kids, Marlee, Jaylee, Solun and Ivan. He also has one grandchild (Grayson), three dogs, a turtle and too many fish.
