LTC Buck Bollinger
CEO and President
US Army (Retired)
LTC Bollinger retired from the U.S. Army in 2014 as an Air Defense Officer with 30 years of service and combat tours in both Iraq & Afghanistan. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, and a Ph.D. in Administration and Leadership with research interests of how to maximize effective leadership skills while in direct contact with the enemy. He is the husband of 26 years to Theodora and father to two, Chris and Kay who both earned bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in their field of study.

Nick Burchette
Junior Partner
Nick served in the active-duty U.S. Army from 2013 to 2020 as a 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer, including one deployment to Afghanistan. He currently serves in the South Carolina Army National Guard as a 15R AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer. Outside of his military career, Nick is married to his wife, Meghan, and is a proud dad to four kids: Skyler, Sadie, Spencer, and Sully.

Zack Harris
Junior Partner
Born and raised in Minnesota, Zack earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. In 2019, he married his wife—an Army brat—and the two eventually settled in South Carolina. Outside of his professional life, Zack enjoys relaxing on cruises, spending time with his wife and dogs, and raising goats on their local property.

1SG Robert Bowman
Vice President of Sales

1SG Bowman retired from the Army in 2013 after 24 years of service as an Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer. During his 24 years of service 1SG Bowman deployed seven times, ranging from Operation Desert Storm through multiple deployments for Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a graduate of Excelsior College with a BS in history and has worked extensively in Army procurement programs since his retirement from active duty. Robert is married to his wife Sylvia and has four kids, Marlee, Jaylee, Solun and Ivan. He also has one grandchild (Grayson), three dogs, a turtle and too many fish.

Valerie Lane
Executive Assistant
Valerie is a proud Gold Star Wife with more than 22 years of connection and service to the military community. Her deep appreciation for the dedication and sacrifice of service members and their families continues to inspire her both personally and professionally. Staying connected to and supporting the military community has always been a central part of her life.
Valerie earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix and has built a career working with small businesses, where she has developed a strong background in organization, customer relations, and operational management.
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys spending time with her seven-year-old son, Brooks, and their two pets—a beagle named Tucker and a cat named DJ. She values family, community, and making a positive impact through both her professional endeavors and personal connections.
